Since January 2011 a member of Sodiaal a farmers owned cooperative in France, Entremont is a responsible company with human values as it is backed by more than 13,000 French dairy farmers. Their quest for high quality milk is managed through Sodiaal’s sustainable development approach called «The Milk Route®».

Entremont, the cheese difference

Entremont produces, matures, packs and distributes hard cheese (Emmental), semi-hard cheese (Raclette) and processed cheese.

  • «Ingredients» division: ready to use fi nished and semi-fi nished products for the food industry.
  • «Cheese raw materials» division: cheese to be transformed by the processed cheese industry or for cutting and packing.
